March 23, 2000 , The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an announcement that
if was taking Rezulin off the market after patients taking the drug became ill with
several symptoms, some varying, one being liver dysfunction. It is possible that
a person who has taken the drug may have damage and not be aware of it. It is important
to call the Robichaux Law Firm L.L.C. to be informed of your legal rights. You may also
need to be under the care of a physician.
In most sever cases, patients may require a liver transplantation by organ donation.
You or someone you know may be in this position now, and be unaware that Rezulin
may have caused this advanced disease. This is another reason why it is important
to seek immediate help.
There may be little or no signs or symptoms in the early stages. Signs of
liver problems may be as vague as fatigue (feeling tired and "run down"). Later,
symptoms may include nausea and yellow eyes. It is important to seek medical attention
and legal advice.

records, and take necessary legal steps to protect your legal rights once you become
