RE: NEW BP OIL SPILL SETTLEMENT

I am writing to let you know that a new BP Oil Spill Claim Settlement may be approved soon. The settlement is not limited to the seafood industry; it is much broader than that. You may be eligible to receive compensation, regardless of whether or not you previously filed a claim and even if your business or profession is not associated with the seafood industry.

You may be able to recover money if your business was located in one of the Economic Loss Zones or Real Property Claim Zones designated by the BP settlement fund. Zone 4 of the settlement includes all businesses located in the State of Louisiana.

Enclosed please find a map of the zones eligible to recover from the BP Oil Spill Settlement for your reference.
